Sweets are quite heavy! If only buying a few items, the percentage spent on postage can be quite high. As a general rule, whilst the postal cost for sending a package goes up the heavier the parcel, as a percentage of the overall cost it becomes less significant. Second class post and standard parcel post offer the most attractive rates, take a look at our postage and packaging page for detail. |
