Coconut Based Sweets

This catagory is for coconut based and some coconut flavoured sweets. Greys teacakes are actually more toffee but I always think of them as coconutty (is that a word?)

vegetarian sweets icon Coconut Mushrooms
These coconut mushrooms from Taverners as their name would suggest, look like mushrooms. They are chewy in texture with a hard foamy stalk and the mushroom cap contains shredded coconut. The whole sweet is then topped off with coconut shreds.

vegetarian sweets icon Grays Tea Cakes
These are really old fashioned sweets made by Grays of Dudley, who have been making sweets for Britain since 1826. They’ve had plenty of time to develop the perfect sweet, and here it is. Grays teacakes are not to be confused with the toasted variety; these are the flat, brown, toffee like hard chewy sweets with a subtle coconut flavour. Delicious.
