Dispatch

  • All purchases made before 5pm will be posted the next working day.

Postage

  • All letterbox friendly gift boxes will be sent Royal Mail First Class Standard post and will typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days, including Saturday.
  • All jumbo gift boxes and retro jars will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post or by courier and will typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Bulk orders will be sent by Royal Mail or courier and may require a signature
  • Please note that we are not responsible for Royal Mail lead times, and as such cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.
  • If the package doesn’t arrive within 5 working days, or is damaged during transit, please contact us directly at customerservices@letterboxfriendly.co.uk (Please Note Bay Sweets is a part of Letterbox Friendly Limited, hence the e-mail address)

Postage outside the UK

The prices we list on our website are for United Kingdom postage and packaging. However, if you live outside the UK and are interested in one of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you a quote or you can order most of our gifts from our other website

Returns policy

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you are unhappy with, or no longer want an item you have purchased from us, you are entitled to a full refund, which, for the avoidance of doubt also includes any postal charges made for the delivery of the items to the agreed Delivery address. This refund guarantee applies for 7 working days, commencing from the date the items are received at the Delivery address. Please note that this guarantee does not include any costs incurred in returning the items to us. In order for this guarantee to apply, all internal items must be returned in an undamaged and ‘as new’ condition.


If you wish to return an item to us, please email us in the first instance at customerservices@letterboxfriendly.co.uk so that we can issue you with a Returns Authorisation number. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, or return the items to us recorded delivery. Upon receipt of the returned items and satisfactory inspection to ensure they are in an undamaged condition, a full refund will be issued within 28 days.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that any of our products do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us directly at customerservices@letterboxfriendly.co.uk in order that we can resolve the situation.
