All gift boxes will be sent Royal Mail Second Class Standard post and will typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days, including Saturday. Please note that we are not responsible for Royal Mail lead times, and as such cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if you are unhappy with, or no longer want an item you have purchased from us, you are entitled to a full refund, which, for the avoidance of doubt also includes any postal charges made for the delivery of the items to the agreed Delivery address. This refund guarantee applies for 7 working days, commencing from the date the items are received at the Delivery address. Please note that this guarantee does not include any costs incurred in returning the items to us. In order for this guarantee to apply, all internal items must be returned in an undamaged and 'as new' condition.
If you wish to return an item to us, please email us in the first instance at email@example.com so that we can issue you with a Returns Authorisation number. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, or return the items to us recorded delivery. Upon receipt of the returned items and satisfactory inspection to ensure they are in an undamaged condition, a full refund will be issued within 28 days.
